I am having the same problem, Safari immediately crashes. In addition Safari settings also crashes….will not open! I have turned off syncing with iCloud and deleted all saved back-ups in iCloud, still no response. My next choice is to wipe my iPad and use a saved back- up to fix the issue! I have no screen shots to add, as Safari crashes back to my home screen.
