Same issue, to fix follow this steps: Windows -> Devices and Simulators Select your Device from left panel Uncheck "Connect via network" Now you need to connect your device via Lightning cable until Apple fix the issue.

Solution: System Preferences - General - Prefer tabs: never

I've the same issue. macOS 11.4 + Safari 14.1.1

Same issue since Feb 1st, 2024 too, but now I'm getting the errors again since Feb 5th. Check if your issue was resolved too.
