I'm seeing the same thing! The Deveopler App is starting to turn on links for the event, but the SotU link is not working yet, even though the start time is set for 5PM PST. (It's now 5:35 PST)

I'm having a similar issue with the decimal keypad. My app requires the user to input a IP address in a text field. I want to support localization, but IP addresses are never writen using commas. Is there a was to force a US only decimal keypad regardless of the user localization (region) settings?
