Only one account is visible.

What should I submit the feedback to? (I can only see the feedback for the product or application) I've already made several inquiries to Apple, but I haven't received the correct answer. I've already put in an inquiry, but I only got an answer to post here. But now that I'm posting here, I'm getting comments asking me to post feedback again. (My problem is something that the support team can only understand by referring to screenshots and videos. But there is no attachment function here.)
