Which Beta , I have same issue with 12,2 Monterey Beta (21D5025f) , oftentimes a change lets it work for. a VERY short time after reindexing then the issue starts again.

My Problem persists with this beta version (Ive had it for weeks on Advanced Updates) , Sometimes after a reindex one gets a result momentarily then search is empty again.

Mine seems fine after the 16.58 , I'm on Monterey Beta 12.2 and it seems fine with that also! Holding thumbs

What OS are you running . I have done the 16.58 Outlook beta and its working (still ) which seems good. I am Running Monterey 12.2 (The latest beta)

Strange as it seems from the other comments that those with 12.1 are managing to search. There may be a public Beta of 12.2 available (Mac OS Monterey Beta 12.2 (21D5025f)) not sure as I use the developer beta version of Mac OS.

That is strange . I am running Monterey 12.2 Beta and 16.58 Outlook and it is wondering fine now with the 16.58 outlook version . Before that it wansnt.

What version of Outlook are you running? You need the latest version which my be under advanced beta. Version 16.58. Go to Auto Update and select advanced Beta Channel to get that version if it is not public as yet. See if that helps.

Just use the latest version of outlook 16.58 in the beta channel. It addresses the issue based o my experience and others in this forum.

You can get it by using the beta channel. Look at the auto update section of outlook, select Advanced and then beta Channel
