Anyone else experienced the piping sounds when scrolling through a video (QuickTime, VLC Player, Safari, etc) How they will fix it again.

Hello,does anybody observe an issue in System preferences and Trackpad or Mouse that the Preview Videos from the functions are not working? allreday sent an Bug Report but this could fix by using a better internet connection they said.
