List, ScrollView, ForEach ,UITableView, UICollection cells, can be identified in Appium if their rendering, is not triggered too often. As a matter of fact, they should not be rerendered again unless something on the displayed cells must be updated. And even then, only the cell containing the updated data should be rerendered. Also I you want Appium to detect, theses naughty cell in a normal time, use pagination. I recommend not to exceed 50 - 100 cells per pages.
