Hello, thank You for your response. Yes, the bug is still present in this release. And regardless of the Xcode version, once a device was connected to a computer running Xcode, it gets „infected“ with the bug and replaces the user data randomly on its own from this point on. I experienced this with various different devices, iOS versions and Xcode / macOS versions.

Thank you Very much for your quick answer. The first one sounds great so far! And yes, the main issue is probably a bug in iOS itself (that gets triggered by Xcode).

Follow up: in the „iPhone Storage“ settings, the documents of the app are showing the correct contents while in the App it shows the random one. in the files app, it shows the correct ones too.
