After upgrading to iOs 18.1.1 on my iPhone 12 I am getting a notification that I need to accept the terms & conditions for using iCloud but I can't accept them. When I click on the notification it leads me to the settings menu but then nothing happens. The menu item for iiCloud is grayed out the menu item that leads to my account is greyed out as well
