any news on the issue yet? i'm also facing this issue on my iMacPro and it's very annoying. Sometimes it happen, even when i'm trying to access a docker container running on localhost. Was thinking about reinstall macOS, since my MacBook Pro does not have the problem, but that would be the last thing to try.
