That is what I have been told many times by people. I have experimented with numerous procedures to get this device to update and it will not receive 1.0.276. This process needs to be simplified. AirPods Pro are easier to update than this. Is it because I am here in Canada? It took 10 months for me to get the ECG feature on my Apple Watch Series 4. Can anyone suggested the process they used?
