This problem has been fixed in Xcode 12.5.1 (12E507).

Apple Developer Support replied that it was a bug in Xcode. Since then, I have contacted Feedback Assistant, but unfortunately I have not received an answer yet. I will continue to contact them for a response. The following thread has a solution.It may or may not solve the problem.
