Hello everyone, I started a Basic Search Ads campaign about 3 weeks ago, but $0 has been spent so far. The status has been "running" this whole time. I even put my Max CPI well over Apple's suggested price. My payment method also seems to be fine, so not sure what's going on. Has anyone else had this problem?
