I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on September 10, 2026 (individual, Team ID BK55WWJZJ7, I am the Account Holder). The developer portal shows the team and the membership as active until September 11, 2027, and the Program License Agreement v5032 as accepted on October 21, 2026. Accepting it again returns "You have already accepted the current agreement." App Store Connect (provider 127836135) still shows "Developer Program Membership Expired". My App Store Connect user detail reports hasContractInfo: false, and the Agreements page returns "User is not authorized" even though I have the Account Holder, Legal and Admin roles. Creating an app fails with "App Store Connect has agreement updates that must be resolved". Uploading a build to an existing app fails with "A required Apple agreement is missing or has expired". It looks like the free apps agreement was never reinstated in App Store Connect after my renewal. Email support has not responded and phone support shows as unavailable. Could someone at Apple please restore the contract for provider 127836135?
