I have same problem I talked with apple support supervisor he couldn't find way to solve it finally he said talk with your domain provider

I had same issue I also requested to deleting my Apple ID, 8 day past but nobody contacted me about my request but after 7 days now I can't log in with that Apple ID but can't add to a custom domain too. Do you still have that problem or after deleting process your problem fixed?
