Installed Xcode 13.2 - Beta 2 (13C5081f) today and the issue seems like fixed. At least it didn't happen when I loaded all my Views in Canvas. I'll make sure when I work on my project for a few hours.

Agreed. My problematic padding was also inside a GeometryReader.
