I just got mine assigned.
Here’s what happened: I created a support ticket under “Development and Technical: Certificates, Identifiers, and Provisioning Profiles.” They replied saying if I received a confirmation page or follow-up number, the request was successfully received; otherwise, resubmit it.
I resubmitted the request and got approved almost immediately, while the 5+ requests I submitted weeks ago still showed as “submitted.” Seems like some sort of glitch. Hope this helps.
