+1 I see the same thing. Also noticed the issue @masonwr reported with Apple Intelligence and Siri. I also noticed that the Xcode download error detail mentions macOS Version 16.0 but I'm running macOS 26.0 (the beta). Not sure if this makes a difference with trying to locate assets to download etc. But sharing in case it helps.
