verifyReceipt has recovered. This restored our ability to purchase in the sandbox. It's still sporadic, so it may take a bit to clear up completely.

I added the file to the root directory of my framework and then selected the file and tried to add it to the target membership, but was unable to activate the checkbox. So, I tried deleting the reference and then adding the file again, checking the target membership in that dialog. I got the same error and then selected the file and found that the target membership was no longer checked. Xcode 15 beta 5.

I was able to add this to an App project, but when creating a new framework, it failed as it did in my framework.

Is it expected that third-party framework developers deliver a PrivacyInfo file with their framework for developers to add to their app?
