It's indeed logical for packages on their own repository but for local packages it makes less sense I think. At least in our context. Anyway, thank you for the clarification, I've file a feedback FB15124276 and I'll stick with manual translations for now ;)

This behavior is definitely a bug. Removing unused simulators will help with storage but it won't clear "Dead" folders from used simulators
