Followed the documentation there and even that did not work for me. What I had to do was In Icon Composer, select File -> Export... For "Appearance" select "All" Open the resulting folder with all the the .png files (you should have 6) Open the three I want to use in the AppIcon asset for ( Default, Dark, Tinted) in Preview In Preview, select File -> Export, and make sure to un-check the "Alpha" option at the bottom. Use those newly exported images for the AppIcon
