Thanks Quinn for your advice. I will definitely see if the changes can be made as you mentioned. One thing I forgot to mention is that the application also depends on the xcframework. The xcframework is added as package dependency to both the swift package and the app target. In that case, in your opinion what is the right place for the .plist file to reside? Currently plist is added to the swift package as it semantically belongs there.
