I have the same issue, NINearbyAccessoryConfiguration(data: configData) is ok to run, but NINearbyAccessoryConfiguration( accessoryData: configData,bluetoothPeerIdentifier:peerIdentifier) cannot work, The error information is "Domain=com.apple.NearbyInteraction Code=-5887 "NIERROR_SESSION_FAILED_DESCRIPTION""
