Still an issue with Xcode 13.3.0. Tapping deliver immediately is leaving the settings on "Deliver Quietly" and ignoring the fact that we requested banners/sounds/badges when we initially asked for provisional notifications.

Thank you @grigorye! Ran into this and it would have taken me forever to narrow this down to being GIT_DIR... Unsetting it before calling out to fastlane was a fix.

Seeing the exact same thing Steepz described above. Load and scroll down fine, scroll back up and crash.
