Take a library like PromiseKit for example, how should one simply refactor the target structure to include the package only in one single target. It would defeat the purpose of using the library.

I see this same crash also on an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.1 iPhone 14 Pro 17.1 and 15 Pro Max 17.0.2 both having this crash issue. Have not yet figured out what might be causing it.
