Same problem here on a 2016 MacBook pro 15'' on Monterey 12.0.1 Only way to leave the loop in my case is reset SMC memory: https://purplecomputing.com/tech-how-to/how-to-reset-the-smc-system-management-controller/ I have it literally on every reboot. Is there any help?
