Still no fix? I have the same problem on Xcode 15.4 and my new M3 Max MacBook... I can't believe I've spent so much money and this is the standard

I just bought an M3 Max and I can't believe this issue... sounds like it's been here for a long time.. what can we do? just develop on devices??? this is a catastrophe, I bought this Mac to develop iOS apps.
