Contacting them does nothing. This post is now 2 months old and the issue still remains!? I went to renew ours 3 weeks ago and it's still not been "approved". Our provisioning profiles have now expired and internal business apps used throughout our organization have stopped working. I honestly can't believe that this is happening.

Edit: This apple_Technical_Support looks like it might be a fake account attempting to fish... 7 posts, none show, 5 replies that do show up, all of those are asking for phone numbers and email addresses.
