Same issue here, "Waiting to connect to XXX iPhone." I cannot get my iPhone, iPad, or my watch to connect. Doesn't work wirelessly and doesn't work with USB. No VPN involved. I've tried several "fixes" posted around but none have made a difference. Was hopeful upgrading to iOS 17.01 might help but it did not. Please post if you find a solution.

Yes, I see no disk image for iOS 17.0 either. I'm not able to test apps on my phone or iPad that have been updated to iOS17.
