About two days ago, I had to install Ventura 13.1 on My Macbook Pro i bought on 2nd November 2022.I am facing a black screen " support.apple.com/mac/restore I want to revive but i have no other mac to do it and just bring it to iBox ( Apple Authorized Reseller) in Denpasar and they said need to wait about 4-5 days and the odd thing is they ask me IDR140 for service while my mac under warranty.. I think the new OS needs to be re-check again before releasing it.
