Created a provisioning profile for a Mac mini M1, copied the Hardware UUID from the system report, used some Name (does the name have to match something?) Then when downloading the provisioning profile, it reports the error "Provisioning profile does not allow this device." This is Big Sur 11.1 on Mac mini Apple Silicon/M1.
