I get this error when trying to upload from Xcode to App store connect

When I try to add com.servislet.ServisletV2.watchkitapp as the app id, I get the following error : An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value. An App ID with identifier ' com.servislet.ServisletV2.watchkitapp' is not available. Please enter different string.

I am getting error from App Store Connect when trying to create AppID as com.servislet.ServisletV2.watchkitapp. When I try to install without creating an AppID, Xcode gives an error: Failed to register bundle identifier.
