i am facing same issue on Monterey 12.5.1 I was on High Sierra and everything was working, Bluetooth teethering, usb teethering, hot spot and wifi all options were working. I upgraded and nothing is working. I feel so helpless it's been months and no solution, such an expensive hardware MacBook pro and of no use. 😶

no body cares, new fools are on queue ready to spend their money on aluminium sh**. we are already fooled. Bluetooth connection usb teethering, Bluetooth teethering never worked on Monterey, it never worked on Big Sur too. it is result of greed and poor testing.
