I have Xcode Version 12.4 (12D4e) and Version 13.0 beta (13A5154h) installed on my machine. I just noticed that under File > Swift Packages, I don't have "Add Package Dependency". Is there anything I'm not doing right? (am new to iOS development) Thanks.
