I am writing to follow up again on my enrollment (ID: QDH59Y57T7), which has been pending since April 2026.
I have already submitted my verification documents and received confirmation of receipt, but my enrollment has not progressed. Last week, I was informed via email that I would receive a response within 2 business days, but I have yet to receive one.
I would appreciate a response, as this matter has been outstanding for a significant period and is causing delays in our development work.
