Thank you for the response. What I meant by doesn't work is it doesn't forward the said email to the original email. No bounce message received nor the intended email is in the spam. Should our email domain be registered in apple for us to deliver email through the relay email? If so, can you tell me about that process?

Hi Good day! I created an apple id and tested it out. sent an email to the relay address to see if i receive it in the original email. It was never received. Hi Paris We've already done that, the thing is this hides our email as well. Is there a way to unhide our email when sending emails to our customers? Thank you
