Hi Good day! I created an apple id and tested it out. sent an email to the relay address to see if i receive it in the original email. It was never received. I found the below link which says we should enable our email domain to send email to relay service. is this why our emails not getting delivered? https://developer.apple.com/help/account/configure-app-capabilities/configure-private-email-relay-service/

Thank you for the response. What I meant by doesn't work is it doesn't forward the said email to the original email. No bounce message received nor the intended email is in the spam. Should our email domain be registered in apple for us to deliver email through the relay email? If so, can you tell me about that process?
