thank you for the answer! But **i was not implying that the M1 chip could run MacOS **. the meaning of my because was more in the way that the M1 chip has the available processing power to run xcode or something like it. I am aware that the amount of power is lower because of the thermals but that is not a big problem for the M1 chip. so it would be able to run programs like it and now after the WWDC event they would update the swift app (you can build xcode apps on the swift app for a long time (even on older Ipads!)). I do have to say i did not specify that and you where a little confused about my question(my fault).
