FYI I have some more agreements to handle in app-store connect, maybe it is that?

Update: I verified my account is active. All agreements are signed. Everything is green. My app tests fine with store kit, but unable to get products in sandbox mode. As pictured, the product is under "Drafts" and "Ready to Submit" does this matter, and If it does not matter, then what could the issue be? Thank you.

SOLVED. Needed to disable storekit testing as per: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/setting-up-storekit-testing-in-xcode
