I am on macOS 15.3 (24D60) and I can confirm this problem is still intermittent. After a while of Mac usage (sleeping in between), suddenly my keybindings (bound to ⌥ and ⇧ ⌥ as prefix) will stop working because Mac has now decided to display the alternate characters instead. Open the 'Keyboard viewer' and type ⌥ or ⇧ ⌥ to see which alternate characters I'm referring to. Those will suddenly take preference over the keybindings I configured with the same keybinds. Please fix this issue Apple.
