I'm running into the exact same issue. I've gone through all the typical steps to remote debug a website and it's just not working anymore. I'm running Safari 17.5 on my Mac. Running iOS 17.5 on my iPhone. Is anyone able to remote debug through Safari in the latest Mac SO + iOS?
