I’m exploring a small peer-testing workflow for developers who ship their own iOS apps. The idea is simple: one developer spends 10–20 minutes using another developer’s public App Store app, then records concrete observations—what they expected, where they hesitated, and what felt confusing. The first version would use GitHub Issues for matching and feedback. No source code, private builds, ratings, or review exchange. No separate Co-op account or backend. I’m considering a small pilot of up to ten developers, joining in small waves. I’m mainly trying to understand whether this would be useful in practice or feel too cumbersome.
