BTW, i do see this popup but it seems misleading, now that i have verified the toolchain and xcode version are both for Beta 4, not Beta 3 or lower, "“/Applications/Xcode-beta.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin” Needs to Be Updated. This app needs an update in order to work with the latest Apple Intelligence models. Some features may not work as expected."
