I’m outside of the EU. I tested this on a device/account not located in the EU, and it still asks for Face ID instead of the Screen Time passcode. Settings > Apps > [Our App] and turn off Screen Time Access for the app, the system asks for Face ID instead of the Screen Time passcode

I already submitted a report in Feedback Assistant. Is this a bug, or is it the intended behavior?
