To add libraries to another targets you need to go to each Target - General - Framework, Libraries, and Embedded Content and add them manually.

I also having this trouble for 3 days already, delete started from scratch build. But they remain "In Progress" state with no changes at all. Before I did it would take 4-5 minutes, longest few hours. What did changed or broken that few days and no results?
