Hi all, same issue here. I have signed the safari extension with dev certificate and notarized properly. the extension does not run until I allow "allow unsigned extensions". this is crucial, and really blocking us. any workaround guys?

Hi. I am facing the same issue: webRequest.headersReceived returns frameId !=0 for top frame. is it a bug? are you guys planning on solving it? please share with us your thoughts so we know if to put effort in developing workaround for the issue.
