Same issue, Try to update to Xcode 16.4 bate version, which require Runtime 18.5! event worse. I download the Xcode 16.2: https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?path=/Developer_Tools/Xcode_16.2/Xcode_16.2.xip Install (and remember to move the App to Application folder); It works!

My case: Remove the same APP already installed in the iPhone. Re Build and Run. It works for me.
