I am also experiencing this. I submitted reports through Feedback Assistant 3 months ago but sadly I haven't had any response so far. For me I am seeing crashes from iOS 14.8+, though the number of them significantly increased from iOS 15.0 onwards. I haven't been able to find a workaround so far.

It seems this issue has been resolved. I'm not entirely sure how, but I did a macOS update and now it downloaded and installed successfully.

Also experiencing this since updating to Xcode 14.3 unfortunately.
