I had one new SwiftUI file created with beta5 which also had the #Preview { ... } macro (same as @nurdagniriel). Refactored that to the old way and voila, the build can be archived trough Xcode and uploaded trough "Organizer". I am having other troubles with Xcode Cloud, but that's another story :)
