This is actually untrue. Project wasn't properly cleaned when doing that test. It seems that we can remove the warning by explicitly adding the dependency Other on BarTestHelpers. But this shouldn't be needed as BarTestHelpers doesn't use nor know about Other, it only needs it as part of its dependency on Bar.
